WARRANTY

What is your warranty?

Boss Hammer Company provides a limited one year warranty from date of purchase against workmanship and manufacturer defects. We do not warranty normal wear and tear or miss-use of our products. 

When should I file a claim?

Our hammers are hand picked from the finest materials and thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to your door. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hammer, please reach out to us so we can work to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us. All inquiries will be dealt on a case by case basis. 

How do I make a claim?

All warranty claims must be reported to customer service at info@bosshammerco.com for return authorization and account evaluation.

RETURNS

How do refunds work?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

What happens if I'm approved for a refund?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

My refund hasn't arrived!

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@bosshammerco.com.

Can I return Sale items?

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Can I exchange my purchase?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bosshammerco.com and send your item to: Boss Hammer Company LLC, 40 W Morley Drive, Saginaw MI 48601, United States.

How do I return a product?

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we are shipping to Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. 

Do I pay for shipping?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Why haven't I received my exchange?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Should I purchase shipping insurance?

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long will the markings last on the handle?

The lines and numbers are burned three times over into all our hickory handles for lasting durability. If properly used the markings will last the life of the wooden handle.

How long will the handles last?

Our handles are made of premium American hickory. With proper care and use our hammers will serve as a nice retirment trophy.
