SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping rates apply. Shipping will be calculated based on package weight and customer location. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page. 

Boss Hammer Co. ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. All custom orders require minimum 1 week processing time. 

International orders customs, duties or import taxes will be calculated at checkout. 

Return Policy

All return requests must be processed through Boss Hammer Customer Service. Email (info@bosshammerco.com) to begin a return claim. We only accept returns on items that are new and unused. All related shipping costs are non refundable. All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Boss Hammer Company LLC, 5015 Mertz Rd, Mayville, MI 48744, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All decisions involving refunds are at the discretion of Boss Hammmer Co.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective due to workmanship or material defect. See our Warranty Policy for exchanges on damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bosshammerco.com for account and item evaluation. Items exchanged must be in new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping and restocking costs. Once we receive your item, we will evaluate your account and item to determine eligibility for exchange. All decisions are at the discretion of Boss Hammer Co.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
